AddSomeAI Ltd ("AddSomeAI", "we", "us") provides voice AI agents and related services for businesses. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].

We collect personal data in a few ways:

• When you book a call. Our booking pages collect your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you give to the questions on the form, along with the date, time, and meeting details of your booking.
• When you contact us. If you use a contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• When you use our website. We collect limited, privacy-respecting usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location derived from a hashed (non-identifying) version of your IP address, the site that referred you, and basic device and browser information. We use this to understand which content and campaigns are working.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health or biometric data). Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and run the calls you book with us.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To send you transactional messages, such as booking confirmations and reminders.
• To measure and improve our website, content, and marketing.
• To keep our services secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

• Legal obligation, where we must keep records to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed. These include providers for:

• Scheduling and calendar booking.
• Email delivery for confirmations and replies.
• Website and application hosting and infrastructure.
• Video conferencing for the calls themselves.

These providers process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, to protect your data.

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Booking and enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are removed.
